Governance
Democratic, accountable and in line with the Croatian Associations Act.

Assembly
The highest body of the association, made up of all members. The Assembly adopts the Statute, approves work plans and financial reports, and elects the association's bodies.

Representation
The association is represented by persons authorised for representation as entered in the Register of Associations.

- Public work and access to information for members.
- Separating personal interests from those of the association.
- Lawful use of funds for their intended purpose.

Legal framework
The association operates under the Associations Act of the Republic of Croatia, regulations on the financial operations of nonprofit organisations, and its own Statute.
